No. 10 Queens Drive, formerly The Dunkeld Hotel, consists of two large Victorian townhouses that have been restored to their original glory providing a range of stylish contemporary accommodation, designed with comfort and luxury foremost in mind. Each room has been individually styled and offers all the comfort you can expect from a four star boutique hotel. They have been graced with the comfort of mood lighting, 24-hour internet access from rooms, luxury toiletries, hospitality tray, comfortable beds and much more.

Rooms

Feel at home in one of our distinctive, beautifully appointed guest rooms with views over Queen's Park or over the hotel gardens. We have a selection of different rooms to choose from some which are located in our Luxurious Townhouse beside the main building.

All rooms benefit from the most modern en-suites, many with corner baths and tropical rain style showers and a selection of bespoke toiletries. They also have internet access, a hospitality tray, hair dryer and pressing facilities.

Standard Twin/Double Rooms

Our standard rooms are beautifully presented with their boutique style decor and luxury furnishing. They benefit from super-king size beds with, large windows, seating area and luxury en-suite shower rooms.

Family/Triple Rooms

Family rooms are of the same standard as our Standard rooms however they are larger in size and can sleep up to 3 people plus a travel cot in some of the rooms.

Townhouse Club Rooms

The Club rooms are all to the rear of the Townhouse, overlooking the gardens. They are incredibly spacious, roughly 24 square metres in size, with super-king sized beds, large windows, en-suite bathroom with luxury power shower, and seating area to relax in.

Townhouse Club Suites

Deluxe Club rooms are in excess of 24 square metres with original ornate bay windows which overlook Queens Park. Deluxe rooms benefit from super-king sized beds, spacious bathrooms, complete with corner baths and tropical rain like showers, and offer the perfect oasis for a romantic weekend escape. They also offer the perfect home away from home for the commercial traveller offering an ideal space in which to work and relax.

Townhouse Junior Suite

In addition to the luxury you'll find in all of our rooms, No.10's Suite, situated on the ground floor, has the added luxury of a decked seating area that looks on to the hotel gardens. With a separate, spacious seating area where you can relax in comfort and two super-king sized beds, the suite makes the ideal family accommodation. You can take breakfast in the luxury surroundings of your chosen room or you can venture to the Dunkeld Hotel where you can enjoy a traditional Scottish breakfast; the ideal start to your day.

Townhouse Two Bedroom Suite

Ideal for families or larger groups this suite is beautifully decorated to the same luxury standard as our guest rooms. Providing you with extra space and comfort for groups of 4 people. This suite also benefits from luxury bathroom and seating area as well as it's own private enterance.

Group Bookings

The entire townhouse is available for group bookings. With 10 luxury rooms and a 2 bedroom apartment this is ideal for large parties. If you are having your wedding at the hotel or nearby then the hiring the whole townhouse the ideal solution for keep all your guests together. Our honeymoon suite is a great place for the bride and her bridesmades to get ready before the ceremony.

For all group bookings a £500 non refundable deposit is due. This will be used towards the cost of your stay.

How to book

To book a room at number 10 we require credit card details to secure the booking. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. If you make a booking with the hotel you are accepting our terms of booking detailed below.

Terms & Conditions:

The hotel operates a 24 hour cancellation policy on all guest room bookings with the exception of group bookings. Group bookings are subject to a 14 day cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel your booking we will deduct the cost of the room(s) from the card you secured the booking with. The hotel does not accept provisional bookings under any circumstances.

Prices of the rooms are dependant on the date and availability. Our prices vary on a daily basis dependant on the availability. The price you pay will be the cost quoted at the time of booking and not the current rate of the rooms. No discounts are available on Hampden Park event dates. For these dates we must confirm payment at the time of booking and this is non refundable.
