All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. When making a booking with the hotel you are accepting our terms of booking detailed below.


Cancellation
The hotel operates a 24 hour cancellation policy on all guest room bookings with the exception of group bookings. Group bookings are subject to a 14 day cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel your booking we will deduct the cost of the room(s) from the card you secured the booking with. The hotel does not accept provisional bookings under any circumstances.

Price
Prices of the rooms are dependant on the date and availability. Our prices vary on a daily basis dependant on the availability.  The price you pay will be the cost quoted at the time of booking and not the current rate of the rooms. No discounts are available on Hampden Park event dates. For these dates we must confirm payment at the time of booking and this is non refundable.

Special requests
Although we try our best to meet any requests made we unfortunately cannot guarentee these. Early check in's are subject to the previous occupant vacating the room early which is out with the hotels control. The only way to guarentee an early check in is to book the room the night before.

Damage
Any damage to guest rooms will be charged after departure to the card used to secure the booking. All rooms are non smoking and a £500 fine will be charged to any guest smoking in the room as this will have to be deep cleaned.
